The saliva becomes thick like glue.  Your throat is parched as if the skin had been extracted and laid out in the scorching sun to dry.  The absence of a colourless, odourless and tasteless liquid torments you. Your head throbs and you became more desperate, searching for something, anything, that contains water. And it is only then that you realise what is thirst and the true value of water.
